Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time, with one message. A WhatsApp message or email from you is enough — no forms, no calls, no notice period. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and then stops. Everything we changed stays yours, and we leave your accounts within 48 hours.
Week one is free. Your first week is delivered before any payment. If you don't find the receipts useful, you owe nothing and we part as friends.
Monthly fees. Fees are billed in advance and the current month is not refunded pro-rata on cancellation — you keep the full month's service instead. Your subscription mandate is cancelled so no further charge occurs.
Errors and duplicates. If you are charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged in error, tell us and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
The founding rate (₹4,999/month, locked six months) is a price guarantee, not a lock-in — cancelling early forfeits nothing except the remaining locked-price months.
