Will this get me named by AI, or to the top of Google?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Google and the AI assistants decide who
they name. What we promise is the work that makes you easier to name, written down each
month, and a weekly check that shows you what changed.
What happens if you don't do the work?
Each month's work list is written down before the month starts. If any item is not
done by the last day of the month, for a reason on our side, that month's fee is refunded
in full, within 14 days. You don't have to claim it: the weekly summary shows each item as
done, waiting on you, or missed.
What does the weekly check look at?
The questions that bring you customers, such as "emergency dentist near me" in the
towns you serve. We ask AI agents that search the web live the questions your customers
ask, and we look at your Google Business Profile and directory listings. You see which
businesses were named, the sources the answers relied on, and a fix list ranked by what
matters most. The AI figures are sampled answers, not a rank.
Which level should I start with?
Check if you or your staff will make the fixes. Listings if you want us to do the
profile and directory work. Findability if your site is missing pages for the services and
places you want to be found for. Full management if you also want us to run ads, your site
and your social profiles.
Why are Findability and Full management paid three months up front?
Because new pages, schema and campaigns take weeks to show up in search and in AI
answers, and we plan that work by the quarter. Check and Listings are month to month.
How can a team in India work on my business in the US or UK?
Everything the work touches is online and lives in accounts you own: your Google
Business Profile, your listings, your website, your ad accounts. We work by invitation and
you can remove us in one click. Calls happen in your working hours, not ours.
How does this compare with buying leads from Angi or Thumbtack?
A marketplace lead is sold to three to eight of your competitors, so the number that
matters is cost per job won, not cost per lead. We did the arithmetic both ways, including
when buying leads is the better answer:
buying leads vs. owning the channel.
Do you make the photos and videos?
No. Your own photos are enough to start, and where a shoot is worth it we bring in a
local freelancer who quotes you directly. We would rather not mark up someone else's
camera.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do, all of it: the profile, the listings, the pages, the ad accounts and their
history, the social profiles. We hold invitations, not property, and we leave your
accounts within 48 hours of an engagement ending.
Didn't you offer a guarantee on enquiries?
We did, and it is paused while we build the tracking that counts enquiries properly.
Until then we promise the work, month by month.
