Terms of service

These terms govern the aeocue service provided by Hikmah Technologies, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN 27AHDPA9121G1ZQ) — "we". Subscriptions are set up and billed on hikmahtechnologies.com. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The service. A monthly, per-location subscription under which we perform weekly visibility work for your business — Google Business Profile management including review replies, website structure improvements, listings consistency, and weekly measurement — and deliver a weekly written receipt recording what was tested, what was changed with before-and-after copies, confirmation the change is live, and the four-week movement. The scope is described on the pricing page.
What we do not promise. We do not guarantee rankings, AI-answer mentions, lead volumes, or timelines. AI answers vary; we measure mention rate across repeated samples and report it honestly. You are paying for the work and the honest record of it.
Your side. You grant the access the work needs (for example a Google Business Profile manager invite, or an editor account on your website), you keep ownership of every account, and the information you give us about your business must be accurate. We add nothing to your public profiles that you have not been shown or that your access grant does not cover.
Ownership. Every change we make lives in accounts you own and remains yours after cancellation. We hold invites, not property. Within 48 hours of cancellation we leave every account; your receipts remain yours.
Payment. Fees are billed monthly in advance in INR by Hikmah Technologies through hikmahtechnologies.com. The founding rate of ₹4,999/month is a price lock for six months, not a commitment — you may cancel at any time. Prices include GST where applicable. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the cancellation & refund policy.
Data. We use your business data only to deliver your service, never pool it across clients, and never use it to train AI models — see the privacy policy.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for the actions of third-party platforms (Google, directories, AI providers) or for indirect losses.
General. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active clients, and continued use after notice is acceptance.
