This website. A static site running Google Analytics so we can count visits and see which links get used — aggregate numbers only, never sold or shared. It collects nothing else on its own.
If you contact us. We hold your email address, what you wrote, and what we note from a call, and we use them only to reply and to work with you. We do not sell them, and we delete them on request. Calls are booked through Calendly, which is shared with our parent company Hikmah Technologies; the booking stores your name, email and the time you chose.
Client data. When we work with a client we access their marketing accounts (Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, and for Full management Google Ads and Meta) by their explicit invitation, use the data only to deliver that client's service, never pool it across clients, and never use it to train AI models. Access is removed within 48 hours of an engagement ending.
Personal data we handle for clients
Delivering the service can mean handling personal data about people who contact or review our clients: reviewer names and review text when we reply to reviews, and, for Full management, leads from ad-platform forms.
- The client is the controller; we are the processor. We act only on the client's documented instructions. UK and EU clients are offered a data-processing agreement on these terms before the work starts.
- Where it lives. Our systems are operated from India. For UK and EU clients, transfers rely on the UK international data transfer agreement or the EU standard contractual clauses, as applicable, unless we have agreed to host that client's data inside the UK or EU.
- Sub-processors include our cloud hosting, the AI model providers our agents use (Anthropic, OpenAI), Google and Meta. A current list is given to any client who asks, and clients are told before one changes.
- Retention. These records are kept for the engagement and 12 months after, then deleted, unless the client asks for them sooner — they are the client's records and are exported to them on request.
- Security. Access is limited to the people delivering the service, over authenticated connections, and revoked when an engagement ends.
If you are a member of the public whose details we handle for one of our clients, your rights of access, correction and erasure are exercised through that business. Write to us and we will pass it on the same day and act on their instruction.
