What each level does
Check. Every week we ask AI agents that search the web the questions that
bring you customers, in the towns you serve — for a dentist, questions like "emergency dentist
near me". We also look at your Google Business Profile and directory listings. You see who was
named and which sources the answers used, plus a fix list, most important first, with drafts
you or your staff apply.
Listings. Check, and we do the work on your Google Business Profile: the
right categories and services, questions and answers, a post every week, and a reply to every
review. We also claim and correct your listings on the directories the answers draw on, so
your name, address, phone and hours match everywhere.
Findability. Listings, and we write 2 service or location pages a month
for your site, fix its schema (the code that tells search engines what your business is), and
draft pitches to the "best of" lists the answers quote. Pages and pitches go to
you for approval first.
Full management. Findability, and we run Google and Meta campaigns in your
own ad account, look after your site and your social profiles, and write the content they
need.
The promise: the work, in writing
Before each month starts, we write down the work we will do that month at your level. An
item is done when it is live, or delivered to you as the list describes. The weekly summary
shows each item as done, waiting on you, or missed. If any item on the list is not
done by the last day of the month, for a reason on our side, we refund that month's fee in
full — the monthly price of your level, on three-month plans too — within 14 days.
You don't have to claim it.
Work that waits on you — access not given, an approval not back within two working days, or,
for Full management, an ad budget not kept funded — is not missed work. We tell you in that week's summary, while there is still time to sort it out.
What we don't promise
Rankings. That ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or any AI assistant will name you. A number of calls,
enquiries, patients or sales. Google and the AI companies decide who they name, and nobody can
honestly promise it. We promise the work, and we show you what changed.
The ad budget (Full management only)
Your ad budget never passes through us. Google and Meta charge it to a card in your name,
on accounts in your name, which we manage by invitation and you keep if you leave. We take no
commission or markup on it, and you can read the spend yourself any day. We agree the budget
with you, and it has to stay funded for the campaigns to run.
What it doesn't cover
- Photography and video. Your own photos are enough to start. Where a
shoot is worth it we introduce a local freelancer who quotes and invoices you directly.
- Your ad budget, as above.
- Results we can't control. Rankings, AI answers, calls and sales, as
above.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of VAT, GST and sales tax. For VAT-registered
businesses in the UK and EU the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse charge, so
we'll need your VAT number.
Paying
Pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. There is no subscription and no stored
card. Check and Listings: before each month we send an invoice or a payment link; paying it
continues the service, and not paying ends it at the end of the paid month. To stop, tell us
at least 5 days before the month ends. Findability and Full management: one charge a quarter,
three months up front. A three-month period ends by itself; the next one is agreed in
writing.
Listings: Your first month is free. If the fixes aren't live on your profile within 14 days, cancel and you owe nothing.
Moving to a different level starts that level's terms from the next month. A move to
Findability or Full management starts a three-month period.
In India
In India we sell through partner agencies: ₹30,000 a month, ₹10,000 of it
ad budget that we spend on your campaign, three months up front (₹90,000) by bank transfer.
Content is made and quoted by the partner. The work-list promise applies in India too: a refund
covers the ₹20,000 service part of the month's fee. Ad budget already spent is not refunded;
ad budget we hold and have not spent is returned when the engagement ends.
Wondering how this compares with buying leads from Angi, Thumbtack or Local Services Ads?
We did that arithmetic, including the month where they win:
buying leads vs. owning the channel.
