The guarantee

Last updated: 23 September 2026.

A promised number of qualified enquiries within 90 days, or the fee for those three months comes back. This page is the whole of it — there is no longer version waiting on a sales call.

How the number is set

Not on day one. We run your ads for 14 days in your own account and measure what an enquiry costs in your town, your trade and your season. Then the arithmetic is fixed and public:

N = 50% × (qualified enquiries in the test ÷ 14) × 90, rounded down. Eight qualified enquiries in the fortnight is a rate of 0.57 a day, which over 90 days is 51 — so we promise 25. We keep half the measured rate in hand because a quarter contains a bad month, a holiday and a competitor who raises their bids, and a promise that assumes none of those is a sales pitch rather than a guarantee.

If those 14 days show that your market can't support a number worth promising, we tell you and we don't take the work. A guarantee nobody can keep is a refund with extra steps.

You can leave on day 14

You pay for three months before anyone knows what N will be, so when we bring you the number you can decline it and walk away. You get the fee back less the 14 days we worked — $5,067 of $6,000 in the US, £3,800 of £4,500 in the UK — and you keep the ads account, the profile work and everything else built in those two weeks.

What counts as a qualified enquiry

Agreed in writing at onboarding, and narrow on purpose:

  • a phone call lasting more than 30 seconds, from a person asking about what you sell;
  • a form submission with a working phone number;
  • a message — WhatsApp, SMS or chat — that states what the person wants.

Not counted: hang-ups and wrong numbers, suppliers and recruiters, spam, your own staff, repeat contacts from the same person inside 30 days, and anyone outside the service area you gave us. Every enquiry is recorded with its source, recording or text, and timestamp, so at day 90 we are both reading the same ledger.

Your four conditions

The guarantee holds if you hold up these, all of which the ledger records:

  • Reply within the agreed time — usually one business hour during your opening hours. Unanswered enquiries are the most common reason campaigns fail.
  • Give and keep the access — a manager invitation to your Google Business Profile and viewer access to analytics.
  • Approve within 48 hours — posts and page changes wait for you.
  • Keep the budget funded — the agreed minimum, for the full 90 days, without pausing campaigns.

If a condition slips, we tell you in that week's summary, while there is still time to fix it. We do not save it up to produce at day 90.

If we miss

You are refunded the full fee for the three months. You keep the ads account, the profile work, the site changes, the enquiry ledger and every enquiry that did arrive.

Your ad budget is not refunded. It was your money, charged by Google to your own account, buying traffic and data you keep. We never held it, so we cannot return it — and an agency that offers to refund your ad spend is either paying for it out of its fee or not telling you something.

Refunds are paid to the account the fee came from, within 14 days of the 90-day window closing. Nothing needs to be claimed: we run the count, and if the number is short we say so first.

What we don't guarantee

Sales, revenue, rankings, or a place in any AI answer. We guarantee counted enquiries from people who wanted what you sell. What happens after they call is yours.
